Return Policy
How much time do I have to return an item?
14 Day Return Period. Your return must be received by bargainbikergear within 14 days of the date that it was delivered to you (as shown per UPS).
* Orders less than $10.00 may not be returned or exchanged.
 
What do we accept?
Bargainbikergear will accept returns that meet the following conditions:
Unused Condition: Bargainbikergear will not accept any item(s) that have been opened, installed, used or damaged.
Original Packing: You must include all of the original packing with your item(s) and the packing must be in original condition.

What items are not returnable?
Bargainbikergear will not accept returns for the following items:

Returns for items that retail for less than $10.00
Electrical products
Electronics
Bearings
Body Parts, Fenders, Frames, Fuel Tanks
Books, Diagrams and Manuals (any printed materials)
Special Ordered or Custom ItemsStickers
Close Out Items *items that are OVER 25% off)

What about Damaged or Missing Parts?
If you receive a part damaged in shipping, or your package is lost, you must contact the shipping vendor to file a claim for replacement. We will be more than happy to assist you with this process.

RESTOCKING FEES:

BBG charges a 15% restocking fee on all returned items.

What about Order Cancellations?
Bargainbikergear will charge a minimum 10% restocking fee on cancelled orders.
    Orders cannot be cancelled through e-mail.  Please call 1-800-554-2218 if you wish to cancel an order. Our store hours are 8 am - 5 pm CST M-F.

What about Shipping Fees?
No Credits or Refunds will be issued for Shipping and Handling fees. You are responsible for the cost of returning a part to bargainbikergear.

How do I Return an item?
Call Customer Service to discuss your return at 1-800-554-2218 Our store hours are 8 am - 5 pm CST M-F.

• If you meet the above guidelines your Customer Service Representative will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) Number.
• Ship your package back to bargainbikergear within the 14 day deadline.
• Your package will be inspected upon receipt and if it is acceptable, a credit, less any restocking fees, will be issued to you.
• All returns sent without prior authorization will be returned to the customer, and no credit or exchange will be offered.
